Luck Testing – Campaign Draw Terms & Conditions

Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way with LuckTesting campaign draws.

LuckTesting is operated by our official team under a licensed global brand based in Dubai, responsible for managing and running all LuckTesting draws and campaigns.

These Campaign Draw Terms & Conditions (“Draw Terms”) govern your participation in lucky draws (“Draw(s)”) offered by LuckTesting (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) through our website (“Site”) and mobile or digital platforms (“Platform”).

By using the Platform and/or entering a Draw, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to these Draw Terms and our User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and refrain from entering any Draw.

1. General Rules

• All Draws are approved by the relevant government authority and follow official regulations.
• Each Draw is assigned a valid permit or approval number.
• Only users with valid registration and compliance with Platform rules are eligible.
• Each valid ticket purchase grants one entry into the specified Draw.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Ticket numbers are computer-generated and cannot be chosen by the user.
• Tickets cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person.

2. Draw Schedule & Results

• Draw dates and times may vary depending on ticket sales and approvals.
• Prizes are announced after all tickets are sold out and government approval is confirmed.
• Entry deadlines include:

• When all tickets for the Draw are sold,

• When the Draw’s closure date is reached, or

• When a timed Draw countdown ends.
  • Draw periods may be extended at LuckTesting’s discretion.
  • Winners are selected in the presence of a government representative.
  • Draw results are final and cannot be disputed.

3. Winner Notification & Prize Collection

• Winners are notified on the day of the Draw via email.
• Winner names may be announced publicly unless a written request is submitted to remain private.

For UAE Winners:

• Prizes must be collected within 60 days.

• No ID is required for prize collection.

• Failure to collect within 60 days results in prize forfeiture to the relevant authority.

For Non-UAE Winners:

• Physical prizes are converted to a cash equivalent.

• Cash prizes are subject to 20% commission and 5% VAT.

• Payments are made via bank transfer or cash at LuckTesting’s discretion.

• Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees in their home country.

4. Prize Conditions

• All prizes are awarded as listed, with only minor adjustments if necessary.
• For prizes requiring registration (e.g., cars, property), ownership will be transferred to the winner’s name only.
• If a winner is later found ineligible, the prize may be cancelled or reassigned.
• LuckTesting does not provide additional services such as insurance, travel, or accommodation unless explicitly stated.
• Winners agree that their photo, name, and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless they withdraw consent in writing. Withdrawal of consent may affect eligibility for future Draws.

5. Liability

• LuckTesting is not responsible for any claims, damages, or injuries (including death) resulting from the use of any prize.
• LuckTesting is not liable for faults, defects, or failures in prize quality after handover.
• All taxes, fees, or duties related to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
